Exempt Salaried Position Description
In coordination with the President, this position is responsible for the planning, development and interpretation of fund-raising activities and strategies for The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC) in the central and western Ohio regions. It includes the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of corporate and foundation donors of OFIC to raise philanthropic support and make campus to career connections between corporate Ohio and students attending our member-campuses.

Non-Exempt Hourly Position Description
We seek a junior or senior college student, or recent graduate to join our team and participate in leadership meetings regarding marketing and communication strategies with both staff and OFIC board members. OFIC provides a supportive environment of learning, experiences and direction, allowing the intern to hone skills and impact the work of OFIC. This is a paid internship, with connected parking deck pass or COTA bus pass included. The length of the internship is one semester, with the possibility of extension to Spring semester and Summer.
