A Member Campus Student Career-Readiness Experience brought to you by The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC)

TalentedU is a student career-readiness experience that aims to equip OFIC member campus students with the skills and competencies they need to boost their career readiness and become even more competitive in seeking internships and full-time jobs. The program consists of eight online modules that students can complete at their own pace or together with a faculty or staff member. These modules are carefully crafted to align with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) competencies, making them highly relevant and practical for students.

  • An online, 8 module, career-readiness experience including videos and questions designed to equip you with knowledge and resources to transition from your campus to your career

  • There are 8 career-readiness modules, the average time to complete each one is 45 minutes

  • Your campus career center or your class supervisor and you! Access the answers to your questions by logging in and selecting “View My Answers.”

  • Complete all 8 modules and the post survey and the badge will be automatically issued to you via email.

  • A non-profit member organization, of which your college or university is a member, that makes career connections between its member campus students and corporate Ohio via scholarships, internships and more. The TalentedU experience is an OFIC member benefit offered to students from your campus.
