CareerFest is one of Ohio's largest career and internship fairs designed specifically for students attending any of OFIC’s member colleges and universities.

The OFIC CareerFest provided unmatched opportunity to meet established businesses who are looking for talented young students. Not only did I land the internship I was seeking, but in the process I also connected with several other likeminded students that are now part of my ever growing network. The OFIC CareerFest is an event that undoubtedly changed my future career path for the better. I will always encourage other individuals to attend the event and get a jump start to a better and brighter career.
— Mark, Mount Vernon Nazarene University

Both events provide an efficient and enjoyable way for companies and organizations to address human capital needs. If you are seeking quality interns and recent college graduates, this is THE career fair for you!

CareerFest is ONLY open to students and alumni of our 33 member institutions (see the list here) and student ID is required to attend these events.

Weather note:  CareerFest will ONLY be cancelled in the event of a Level 3 weather emergency.

OFIC is consistently our favorite career fair to attend.
The students are always prepared & represent a diverse background.
