OFIC Internships
At OFIC, our mission comes to life through the students we work alongside every day. We believe deeply in creating meaningful, career-based experiences for students at our member campuses, and one of the most impactful ways we do this is by employing them directly within our organization. By bringing students into real roles across our team, we give them hands-on exposure to the kind of work they aspire to do after graduation, while also benefiting from their creativity, perspective, and energy.
Students from our member institutions have contributed to OFIC’s work in areas such as Talent, Marketing, Data, and beyond. These roles are not observational. Our interns are trusted with real projects, real deadlines, and real responsibility. In return, they gain practical skills, professional confidence, and a clearer understanding of how their education connects to future career paths.
