WESTERVILLE, OH - The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC) will host Shawn VanDerziel, President and CEO of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), for a complimentary working session and luncheon on October 21, 2026.

Taking place at the Center for Innovation & Growth at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, the event brings together faculty, staff, HR professionals, and college relations leaders across Ohio to explore critical trends in the college-to-career pathway. The session runs from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and includes lunch and networking.
