Impact Feature: Introducing Stories of Impact

One gift can change the direction of a student’s life. Through the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC), a scholarship helps students stay in school, pursue opportunities like internships, and move with confidence toward graduation and beyond.

In this series, you’ll meet students and recent graduates, including Aidan, Jalesha, and Kristina, whose journeys have been shaped by the support of donors who believed in them at the right time. You’ll also hear from some of those donors, whose generosity continues to open doors for the next generation.

This series was brought to life by Jordan Nishizaki, Founder & CEO of Executive Creators, a Mount Vernon Nazarene University graduate and three-time recipient of the Huntington Bank Scholarship, someone who has experienced this impact firsthand.
