OFIC Sponsors 2026 Mackinac Roundtable on Talent

The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC) was proud to sponsor the 2026 Mackinac Roundtable on Talent, held June 28-30 at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. Now in its fourteenth year, the Roundtable brings together college and university presidents with senior business and talent leaders to advance student career success.

Several OFIC member campus presidents and trustees attended this year's gathering, themed "Strategy, Distinction, and Storytelling in an ROI Environment." Among them was Dr. Lillian Schumacher, President of Tiffin University, who was honored with an award during the event and also joined a panel discussion on career readiness and the student experience alongside fellow college presidents.

OFIC congratulates Dr. Schumacher and thanks all attending presidents and trustees for representing our member campuses at this national gathering.
