Spark Series Luncheon Celebrating OFIC’s Summer Interns Held at Capital University

On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, OFIC student interns, staff, corporate trustees, and member campus career services leaders gathered at Capital University to celebrate this summer's intern class. The luncheon sparked engaging conversations and connections, helping build social capital among students and the employers who support them.

OFIC extends heartfelt thanks to our dedicated campus and employer attendees, representing Capital University, Denison University, John Carroll University, Ohio Northern University, Lehman Daman, and WesBanco.

2026 OFIC Summer Interns in attendance:

• Kris, an Accounting major attending Ohio Northern University, is the Data Management Intern supporting the OFIC scholarship team with Ohio Scholars Program applications, awards, and disbursements.

• Nikayla, an Accounting major attending John Carroll University, is the Philanthropy Intern who supports donor history research and Salesforce data entry and cleanup.

• Jaizza, an International Political Science major with a minor in Law and Society attending John Carroll University, is the Philanthropy Intern supporting donor biographical research and profile development for OFIC's scholarship and engagement initiatives.
